Whats up my brothers? Long time no kill round here. Finally dropped Guild Wars and picked up a fresh new world to dominate: 2Moons. This is a modified version of the Korean game "Dekaron" for US players. Its free, open beta, and has open PVP. The more advanced features such as guild battle and seige maps havent been implented yet but the developers have already added some fixes that the original game doesn't have. So far we have started a Karas Hur guild on the Trieste main server. Its sad how many of the players in this game don't understand PK or PvP, so we are about to show them who started it all. The level cap is 150, there are 6 classes, guild member limit is 50 atm. If anyone wants to try it out let us know over on Phooey forum or here.

Btw, I choose the trieste server, but now when I get to the character create screen it asks me to choose another set of servers.

This works sorta like Guild Wars does. You are basically on the right Main server but then you can pick which "channel" or mini server you want to be on. I'm not sure what the max # of players is for the mini servers, but its definitely fucking high since I have never seen a message saying one is full and theres always some 500 or more hapless fools running around... or afk in the wrong place.

I'd really like to see KH dominate a game like this. This one particularly has masses of "hero" minded players that just love to go all out to kill reds. The best part is they have no clue what real PvP is about and rely on numbers or higher lvl to win. Only problem {or advantage?} right now is that we are just a small group of killers and no one has yet to recognize what we stand for.

The days of mindless grinding are over my friend. With that said, since this game is free and I still have quite a few resources, we should be able to have our own parties at all times.

Total domination by any means necessary is the KH motto in my opinion. We shouldn't do the shit half-assed if we are going to spend(waste?) time in a new mmo.

Hmm, it looks like you guys are stillllll hooked on that L2 leash. Well if you all are getting your grind on and don't mind paying for it each month, I'll stop bothering you guys. Meanwhile I'll be working on making a name for us in 2Moons waiting for a tru PK revolution. Until then heres a look at some pvE action since no one else seems to capture any real PKing anymore...

I like to keep up with some of the new stuff in the games that I have accounts in. Who knows if I will giv eit some love one day.

Now that life is much more busier, I would need some type of "automated system" setup to start a new mmo. Have they created a better "system" for 2moons yet?

As it is now you still gotta DL the game, install it the same as any. Account creation is done from this page:

You aren't making an account just for 2 Moons, this acts as your login to the Acclaim sites for ALL their games. If they made this more secure there wouldn't be as many bots and farmers and not as many people would play. If anything its TOO easy to make an account. Just know what birth date makes you 17+ and enter an email 2x, theres no verification message requiring a reply from the email you enter. Login and start playing.

They have added the in-game ad system that was mentioned earlier now. These appear during the load screens and you can see the small box in the upper right of this video that pops up now and then as an example of the in-game version:

Having it active gives you a boost to exp so long as it is enabled. If you play at a relatively high resolution its easy to ignore.

Its FREE 100% so long as you don't care about the cash shop items. The ones worth it if you actually get into it hardcore are the Veteran Amulet (exp bonus for duration), Backpack (up to 2 more inventory screens if you buy 2), and Potions (HP, MP, DMG and DEF bonus types that can stack higher than 10)
